Strawberry Mint Fizz Mocktail

This is the first year I’ve planted mint in our garden and I have been very excited to test some refreshing drink recipes. This recipe can easily be converted from a mocktail to a cocktail – simply add an ounce of your favorite liquor – gin, vodka, or rum, into your single glass or roughly 6 ounces into a large pitcher. This summery drink is fresh, flavorful and perfect for a hot summer evening relaxing in your backyard. If you have a muddler that’s a perfect tool to crush the fruits together to release the juices from the strawberries and oil from the mint. However, in a pinch, a potato masher would work as well! Sip, relax and enjoy!
