Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Mug

Ever have those late night cravings where you just want a LITTLE something sweet? You stare at your pantry shelves and can’t find anything, and you don’t want to leave the house but have to satisfy that sweet tooth craving?! What’s a girl to do?! Well, rest assured – I’ve come to your rescue for this easy, quick dessert that can be pulled together with the basics you already have sitting on your pantry shelves. This Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Mug is a single serving chocolate chip cookie cake that literally takes a microwave and 1 minute of your time! My favorite part about this dessert is the super easy cleanup – it’s not a large batter bowl, cookie sheets, and more – it’s literally a mug and spoon! And, if you have some vanilla ice cream just laying around – be sure to finish off that cookie with a big scoop to melt into all of those cookie crevices!
