For those of you that made the Veggie Shepherd's Pie yesterday here's a tip for all of your leftovers...take an unbaked pie crust and line a 9" pie pan, brown ground turkey and add the browned turkey to the pie crust. Add in the veggies with gravy and mashed potatoes on top, sprinkle with a bit of cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven - now you've got a new rendition of Shepherd's Pie with crust and meat!
