My all time favorite frosting is Vanilla Buttercream! My absolutely favorite frosting comes from White Mountain Cupcakery in North Conway, NH…this bakery has done my wedding cake, anniversary cakes and many birthday cakes for my entire family! The only challenge is that they are over 1,000 miles away from Chicago…so, when I’m home I’m always on the hunt for a good substitute frosting recipe to hold me over until I can indulge in the real deal when I visit family in Maine. This Vanilla Buttercream is a delicious, light and sugary frosting! Any true frosting lover knows that jaw tingling sugar taste I’m talking about! Try this Vanilla Buttercream with my Banana Cupcakes for a special Valentine’s Day treat!
